Tilt Target in action

Tilt Target uses a patent pending design to redirect bullets in a safe direction. Computer design of the targets allows an image to be visually distorted to hang at an angle allowing the shooter to see the same target he is accustomed to seeing while using physics to make shooting steel gong targets safer. This design has many advantages and allows for collection of used lead and copper, reduces the odds of a recoil in an unwanted direction (back at the shooter or others), and allows for use of thinner materials. Given the redirection of the bullet and change in impact angle, the longevity of the target is increased. Targets are available in AR500 steel to allow for use of rifles as well as less expensive cold rolled steel for 22LR and handguns. The stands are made from 1.5 inch steel tube that is bent and welded to allow for long life. Targets can be interchanged using a single frame which can be easily assembled and disassembled for transport. We offer two bases for the targets—a self-supporting base that can be used on most flat surfaces as well as a spike base that can be driven into the ground for use on hills and other areas where the ground is not ideal for a self-supporting base.
